Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Customers are advised to thoroughly review their order and seek professional skin consultation before purchase.
DELIVERY NOTICE
Our standard delivery timeline is 7–14 working days. However, during online promotional sales or high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number that can be used to track the status of the delivery. Please monitor the status of your delivery closely and ensure that you retrieve the package as soon as it is delivered to the address. Signature confirmation is required for DHL deliveries.
Lost Package
If you did not find your package after it was marked as 'delivered', please ask around your neighborhood if someone has received your package on your behalf. Also, please report the issue to us immediately via email [email protected]. Jennysglownigeria will NOT be held responsible for incorrect mailing address provided by the customer or lost/stolen packages.
Returned Package
If your package has been returned to our office due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be contacted by Jennysglownigeria via phone or email. Please note, you will be responsible for paying another shipping to delivery fee to reship the package.
Duty/Customs fee
Some international countries requires customers to pay for duty/customs fee to receive their package. The amount on the fees depends on the country's rules and regulations. This amount is NOT included in your delivery fee paid to Jenny’s glow. Once notified about this duty/customs fee, please follow-up with them and make your payment immediately so that your package can be delivered to you.
